We would like to highlight that Move Commons is heavily inspired by Creative Commons ideas, in a similar way that Creative Commons built on the GNU GPL‘s original breakthrough. Move Commons is an initiative of the Comunes Association, a nonprofit organization focused on the encouragement of the Commons, those resources collectively owned or shared among populations.
